The booth itself worked fine, but sharing photos to Facebook wasn’t as smooth as I remember it being before. Some guests got their pics quickly, but others had to retry or wait longer than expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, just a little clunky compared to how easy it used to be.

I was hoping this would be straightforward, but the interface feels kind of clunky to use. I also got a bit confused because the email seemed to say one thing, while the app showed something else, so I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next.

"A bit too basic for me"
I was hoping this would have a few more features, but it ended up feeling bare-bones. My brother even took a look with me, and we both felt like some of the basic stuff we expected just wasn’t there. It might work for someone with really simple needs, but I couldn’t really use it for what I needed.

I really wanted photoboothsolutions.com to work out, but it turned into such a headache. My camera and printer were both listed as supported, so I figured I was good to go, but I still couldn’t get everything to connect properly.
Support did try to help, but it took way too long, and by then my plans were already kind of ruined. I had to scramble and use a different setup last minute. Maybe it works fine with other equipment, but it definitely didn’t work with mine

"Pretty decent, but not the smoothest"
It was an okay experience overall. I did find what I was looking for, but it took a little longer than I expected to track down some of the information. Nothing really frustrating, just not as easy or smooth as I’d hoped. Personally, I’d say it gets the job done, but it didn’t really stand out to me

I was disappointed with how these turned out. The photos looked blurry, and the prints came out dull with barely any life to them. I expected them to look at least somewhat clear and vibrant, so yeah… make it make sense.

"Helpful enough to get me started"
The docs and video tutorials were actually easy to follow, which was a nice surprise. I managed to get my booth set up without too much trouble, so clearly something is working there. A few of the screenshots looked a little outdated, but I guess they got the point across well enough. Overall, it was helpful and saved me from having to figure everything out the hard way.

The activation process was mostly straightforward for me. It worked after a quick restart, so no big hassle there. The license email did take a little longer than I expected, but support helped get it sorted out without any trouble. Overall, a positive experience

It took me way longer to set up than I expected. The instructions were kinda confusing in a few spots and didn’t feel super beginner-friendly. I got it working eventually, but it was more annoying then it needed to be.

I’ve been waiting way too long for support to get back to me, and the issue still isn’t fixed. It’s frustrating at this point. Not sure if this is normal or if other people are having the same experience, but I expected a faster response

"Decent booth, but the support felt impersonal"
I ordered from photoboothsolutions.com, the booth itself is fine. It works like it’s supposed to, and getting it set up wasn’t too difficult. For the price though, I was expecting it to feel a little more complete or polished.
A few parts felt kind of basic, and I ended up having to pay extra for things I assumed would already be included. My biggest complaint is that there really wasn’t much human contact during the process, which made it feel a bit cold when I had questions. Not terrible, but not an amazing value either. Three stars seems about right.

"Couldn’t rely on it when it mattered"
I really wanted this software to work, but it kept freezing during events, which made things super stressful when I had clients there. I also reached out with what felt like a basic request for help, and it basically got ignored. Maybe I just had bad luck, but I couldn’t trust it in a live setup...

"Not as customizable as they make it sound"
The customization felt limited. The company wording makes it sound like you can really make it your own, but once I actually used it, there just weren’t many options. I’m always a little skeptical of that polished marketing language, and this kind of confirmed it for me.

"Better than before, though I’m still unsure"
I’ve been using photoboothsolutions.com for a while now, and I do think the recent updates helped. Maybe I’m just noticing it more because I was frustrated before, but the pages seem to load faster and some of the tools are easier to find than they used to be.
That said, I still get a little turned around in certain areas and had to click around more than I expected. Support was fine, not bad, but not exactly fast either. I keep wondering if I’m being too picky, because it has definitely improved, but it still feels a bit clunky to me

We were expecting this to make our event setup smoother, but it ended up doing the opposite for us. There were just too many little steps, and once the booth got busy, the whole process started to feel clunky. We had to stop a few times to figure things out, which slowed everything down more than we planned for. If you’re working with a tight event schedule, this might be frustrating
